　　Brunswick Thunder Jet Operations

　　Clarkston, WA

　　Position: Offshore Team Member (Rig Shop)

　　Reports To: Supervisor of the Finishing Department

　　FLSA Status: Hourly Grade 4 (starting range $21.75-$22.75)

　　Position Summary:

　　Offshore team member will be responsible for any and all activity in the rig shop related to pilothouse production. These activities will include carpet and wood installation, covering various components, rigging, and final installation of key components. All team leaders will be working with other departments to improve the quality of the product and make our building process more efficient.

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Performs duties of carpet, wood, and rigging team members as needed.

　　Operates and maintains hand and power tools and equipment.

　　Installs basic hardware, electrical components, and systems.

　　Make sure all tasks are being performed in a safe manner.

　　Performs general housekeeping and maintenance.

　　May be required to perform other duties as needed.

　　Required and Preferred Qualifications:

　　Working knowledge of a variety of hand/power tools.

　　High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

　　Minimum of 3 year recent mechanical or assembly experience.

　　Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts.

　　Ability to follow established safety processes.

　　Detailed and organized.

　　Self starter, team player with a good safety awareness.

　　Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

　　Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in moderate to high in the manufacturing setting. Physical exertion is required.
