　　Description: Within our Fort Morgan manufacturing facility, we areseeking a highly qualified Production Supervisor (Whey) on our plantproduction team to continue moving our organization to even larger levels offood quality, safety, and production efficiencies. 　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $77,000 and $92,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

　　Use your natural leadership ability daily to build, lead, mentor,develop, and grow highly functioning team of hourly individuals.Actively lead the processes for performance management, employeedevelopment and engagement.Build and foster strong working relationships, collaborative teams and apositive work environment.Oversees the execution of sanitation program within the specialty productline, to ensure food safety standards are met.?Implements plant safety programs to ensure compliance and a safe workingenvironment.?Monitor department operations and make recommendations for labor andmanufacturing efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvements.We d Love To Hear From You If You:* A Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, ChemicalEngineering, or related subject area OR equivalent work experience.* Two (2) years of previous experience as a supervisor,superintendent, or manager in a food, beverage, chemical, orpharmaceutical manufacturing facility* The ability to perform shift work in a 24/7 operational plant (the milknever stops coming).* Are humble, inquisitive, patient, collaborative, innovative,results-oriented, and resilient - the DNA of a Leprino employee.
