Weekly pay starting at $21/hr.

Training rate of $15.95/hr for orientation fundamentals training

Allied Universal® Event Services is looking for Event Staff to join our team at a Providence Park in Portland. As an Event Security Staff member, you’ll contribute to a positive, safe, and organized environment that enhances each guest’s overall experience.

What You’ll Do:

Guest Interaction: Provide friendly assistance and respond to questions or concerns, helping guests feel informed and at ease.

Safety Support: Monitor designated areas, follow established security protocols, and promptly report any safety or security issues.

Crowd Coordination: Help direct foot traffic and guide guests throughout the venue to maintain an orderly and enjoyable atmosphere.

Essential Requirements:

Physical Capability: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to interact effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors.

Customer-Focused Attitude: Demonstrate professionalism, approachability, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Basic Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or equivalent) or five years of work experience, and pass a background check and drug test.
