Will lift legs andclean horses feet and apply liniments and bandages to legs as required.Will care for 1-5 horses @ a time. Employer will provide to the worker,without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired to perform the duties assigned. 1 mo. exp. req. Lift up to 50lbs. Worksite One Remington Place, OKC, OK 73111. \$12.92/hr Mon-Sun; 40hrs/wk; day off rotates; split shifts 5am-11am, 3pm-5pm. 8 hrs OT may beavailable at \$19.38hr. Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employmentperiod. Workers will be paid weekly; the employer will use a singleworkweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will makeall deductions from the workers paycheck required by law but will makeno other deductions. Optional employer-offered housing in thebackstretch at no cost to the worker. The employer will reimburse theH-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% ofthe work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of\$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day withreceipts.
