　　Unique Integrated Care is a an outpatient behavioral and mental healthclinic with immediate openings for full-time or part-time therapistswith availability to work in the evening and weekends. We offer paidinternships. This position offers a flexible schedule and a supportivemanagement team. 　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Provides evidence-based practices for mental health, providingcounseling intervention services to include individuals, family, andgroup therapy.Conducts intakes, psychosocial and mental health assessments,treatment, and discharge planning, as required under the supervisionof Clinical DirectorFor full time status must maintain a caseload of minimally 27 clientvisits per weekCompletes all required clinical documentation and reports within 24hours of service provision including producing progress notes,assessments and monthly reports to remain in compliance withcontracted providersProvide case management activities, coordinate with members of theinterdisciplinary team, families, case managers and others as neededAttends and participates in bi-weekly clinical meetings, and submitsto ongoing progress monitoring and monthly supervision with ClinicalDirector for efficient and effective client care and coordination.Must abide by all Federal and State applicable laws, UniqueIntegrated Care Policies and procedures, and the Arizona Board ofBehavioral Health standards, American Counseling Association ethics,and codes.Able to accept additional duties as assigned.
