　　The DWCCI is currently seeking a Subject Matter Expert/Instructor to participate in program design and implementation.

　　Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

　　Develop detailed learning outcomes and syllabi or outlines.

　　Research and gather content including reading, media, imagery, data.

　　Design assessments that align with learning outcomes.

　　Collaborate with learning experience designers and others.

　　Serve as instructor or facilitator.

　　Provide feedback for program improvement.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills & Experience:

　　Current expert knowledge of subject matter

　　Ability to translate knowledge and experience for building educational programs

　　Required experience (Instructor):

　　Teaching or experience facilitating educational programs for adult learners

　　Education Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree or experience in relevant field

　　Preferred education

　　Advanced degree in relevant field

　　Physical/Other Requirements:

　　Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.

　　Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per university policies.

　　Compensation offered will be commensurate with the educational background and work experience of the individual.
