Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually
Unlicensed Therapist: $65,000 Annually
Licensed Therapist: $80,000 Annually

Work in a multi-disciplinary care team to effectively meet the clinical needsof the client. Services may include: individual, group or family therapyand providing crisis de-escalation/stabilization. May work with individualsand their families in various settings, including: outpatient,inpatient, home or community-based environments. Will provide professionalinterpretation and analysis of clinical data and assessment to formulate anindividualized service plan, a comprehensive summary of care, treatmentand diagnosis. This clinical role is responsible for navigating the treatmentneeds of the client, referring to internal and external resources asappropriate and aligning care outcomes. When appropriate, the clinician willinvolve family and/or caretakers in the client's care.
To Succeed in this Role, You'll Need:
Master's degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental healthdiscipline and a minimum of one year verified experience in the mental healthfield. Attach unofficial transcripts when you apply. Must provide officialtranscript within 30 days of date of hire.Registration as a candidate pursuing licensure with Colorado Department ofRegulatory Agency (DORA).Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioralhealth field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagementof diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniquesthat match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/careplanning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronichealth records (EHR).Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed carein treatment planning and in direct care.Experience in electronic medical records and must have above average computerskillsAble to pass a drug test, WE DO NOT TEST for MarijuanaAble to pass a background and driving records checksAt least 21 years of age
