　　Our client in Irvine, CA is seeking a Test Tech to join the growing team. The role involves conducting equipment testing, maintaining precise records, building customer relationships to boost sales, preemptively resolving customer complaints through exceptional service and business process awareness, assisting with shipping and receiving tasks, and efficiently managing daily responsibilities to ensure both personal and team tasks are completed. 　　Manage assigned customer accounts, increasing sales volume through understanding customer requirements.

　　Calculate prices, discounts, and proposals to meet customer needs efficiently.

　　Maintain organized customer files and ensure an accurate customer database.

　　Resolve customer problems promptly and prioritize issues for resolution.

　　Implement special projects as required, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

　　Utilize Microsoft Office, spreadsheet software, inventory systems, and contact management tools effectively.
