In this job, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and testing automated test equipment used for various space flight products.*Systems Test Engineer job duties include:* Requirements Analysis/Review for testability* Ability to work with product owners to create test requirements/specifications and test plans (FQT/ATP, etc.)* Ability to plan test campaigns from acceptance to formal qualification testing* Ability to develop test procedures, test software and execute developed test plans* Ability to read and use schematics, blue prints, mechanical drawing, wiring diagrams, software configurations, and network test equipment, etc.* Test plan execution* Ability to troubleshoot complex systems (e.g. analog/digital) and determine root cause of failure* Assess system performance against product and test requirements* Ability to navigate, program and use environmental chambers to support ATP and FQT* Temperature/Humidity Testing, Temperature Cycling, Fixtures, Drop, Vibration Devices, life cycle, pressure, and etc.* Perform experiments to measure and collect test data using accelerometers, thermocouples, strain gauges, and etc.* Automating tests by using Python, C#, and Bash scripts* Hands-on with lab equipment (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, function generators), automated test equipment and test setup* Prepare and submit detailed test reports* Automate test equipment* Familiar with performing automated testing, connecting the units to testers and testing the hardware and software of avionics systems* SW/HW debug, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain product automated test equipment* Develop code in Python, LabVIEW, C and C++ to implement test GUIs, drivers and test requirements.Qualifications:* 3+ years of experience* Strong interpersonal skills* Strong analytical skills* B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline* Experience working with or developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE)* Experience with Altium for PCB design* Experience in Aerospace product hardware and test equipment troubleshooting experience* Knowledge of lab and automated test equipment* Knowledge of environmental test equipment such as thermal and vibration chambers* US Citizenship is requiredWe provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $130,000 to $150,000.
