　　What you will do as a Team Leader

　　· Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and costs.

　　· Supervises, co-ordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages in the restaurant and bar

　　· Establishes and maintains effective employee relationships

　　· Conducts pre shift briefings and maintains liaison with The Head Chef.

　　· Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.

　　· Ensures restaurant grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.

　　· Assists in administration work as required by the Manager

　　· Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
