In this role you will use your robust metrology background and leadership capabilities to manage the calibration and testing processes for electronic equipment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the test engineering team, providing mentorship and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
Develop and implement testing strategies, processes, and procedures of equipment calibration and physical/dimensional calibration.
Collaborate with across the business working with various teams to identify and resolve testing issues and optimize testing workflows.
Stay up to date with programming languages and new technologies including languages, Python and MetCal
Ensure the accurate use and maintenance of equipment.
Analyze measurement uncertainties and apply metrology principles to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using FBS principles.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the attraction and recruitment of high potential professionals and retention of top performers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Shown years of experience in a supervisory/management role (3+ years) preferably in metrology or a related technical industry.
Technical experience in the metrology field with presented knowledge of electronic equipment calibration, physical and dimensional calibration, and test and measurement equipment
Possess an understanding of quality management system policies and procedures (ISO9001, ISO17025-2018, …)
In-depth knowledge of new technologies and programming languages, Python
Programming expertise, including MetCal programming.
Excellent managerial skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $99015 - $183885
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
