Test Engineer Senior

　　Duration - 12 months

　　Location: Hybrid albany (2-5 days/month)

　　Work Authorization: USC or GC

　　Client - New York Department of Health, Albany, NY

　　NOTES: Experience in DB834 experience, H2L file validation will be helpful. Lots of initiative on mobile testing, experience will be a plus. Has to have Medicare/Medicaid experience. SQL knowledge will be good.

　　Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as a Senior Systems Integration Tester (Manual) . Your work will have you fully immersed in our client's domain in order to deliver simple solutions for their complex needs.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, mathematics, or engineering, OR equivalent combination of education and experience Experience:

　　Five (5) years of intensive and progressive experience in software application testing with three (3) years within the last six (6) calendar years as Test Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related experience and performing software testing for complex to highly complex systems.

　　Proven experience in analyzing and writing test scripts for complex business rules and rule engine

　　Hands on working experience writing complex SQL using joins for data validation from various data sources

　　Vast knowledge of testing techniques to cover all possible corner cases during Integration testing, E2E testing, ETL testing, Web service testing, and verification and validation techniques

　　Expertise in analyzing the server and Application logs and troubleshooting.

　　Track record of executing testing techniques to cover all possible corner cases for during verification and validation techniques.

　　Experience in mobile testing and EDI (834)

　　Experience in running selenium java scripts and able to debug failures.

　　Experience is leveraging automation for execution of test cases.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of database (DB2) concepts, SOAP UI, Rational Quality Manager and Agile methodologies.

　　Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare domain experience

　　Data Warehouse/ DataMart experience

　　Working knowledge of Cognos
