　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in Hanover, Maryland . The position is part of a team that provides software development support for an organization that is tasked with dissemination of data to various customers within the Intelligence Community.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results

　　Developing evaluation and test plans and procedures

　　Supporting the development of test and evaluation documentation

　　Working with other test organizations to support T&E program integration

　　Providing specialized testing and evaluation capabilities tailored to system functions

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of total experience

　　One of the following technical certifications or equivalent:

　　Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)

　　DAWIA – Test and Evaluation – Level 2

　　Certification Equivalence – 2 years of additional years of experience and completed Test and Evaluation training

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)

　　Experience with manual testing and with using automated tools (e.g. Selenium)

　　Experience with regression and integration testing

　　Rest Assured Library

　　GIT

　　JavaScript

　　Employing TestNG test framework

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph based upon a SSBIPhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
