Description We are seeking a Test Administrator to join our team in the education industry, located in Seattle, Washington. This role primarily involves the administration of standardized tests, ensuring compliance with testing policies, providing support to candidates, and maintaining the testing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Administering various standardized tests, equipped with all necessary materials and tools.
• Upholding the security of all test materials and ensuring adherence to testing policies and procedures.
• Verifying the identity of candidates and preserving the confidentiality of test results.
• Addressing queries from candidates, providing clear instructions, and fostering a conducive testing environment.
• Maintaining a quiet and respectful testing environment, ensuring optimal conditions for candidates.
• Maintaining a detail-oriented dress code, excluding jeans, sneakers, and t-shirts.
• Not allowing cell phone usage during testing periods.

• Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with test takers and staff
• Should be able to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm demeanor
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
