  While working with market leading brands, this role requires you to manage our impulse and convenience customers around North-west Melbourne.

  This role will also manage sites in the Hobart region of Tasmania which will you see you travel twice a quarter for 4 nights each time.

  We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.

  A Day in the life…

  In this role you will thrive on working autonomously to deliver results and continually seeks out new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

  • Identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.

  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients as required.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

  • Delivering to sales KPI’s

  Travel Requirements

  You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.

  • The Territory Sales Manager role requires travel within the Hobart and surrounding areas.

  • Travel includes 2 trips every quarter for 4 nights each time.

  • You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.

  • Attending industry conferences, and participating in sales meetings.

  • This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License

  What will make you successful?

  As a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products we are looking for;

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in territory sales or field sales ideally in FMCG

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships.

  • Strong excel, PowerPoint, outlook and PowerBi skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
