In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  Supports core growth for the region by calling on accounts in the territory, delivering sales activities in the accounts in an active sales cycle (existing and competitive).

  Support implementing the sales plan designed to achieve established sales and financial goals.

  Supports implementing the territory business plan, to achieve established annual sales and financial goals, in line with the company’s strategic goals.

  Owns accountability for the assigned account plan, prepares and executes business reviews for Turkey .

  Develops and maintains high impact relationships with key customers and sales partners in the region, to protect and grow business.

  Takes action to report, follow-up and ensure resolving of customer issues with urgency. Ensures customer satisfaction.

  Drives utilization of SFDC as a vital tool to manage business.

  Provides territory market insight to support the company’s pricing strategy.

  Participates in Growth Room process and takes action to implement countermeasures for “red” metrics.

  Participates in congresses and symposiums when necessary.

  Follows standard work as defined by the company, including adoption and use of account plans, business reviews, SFDC updates and accuracy.

  Adheres to company policies and procedures.

  Uses DBS tools to drive commercial excellence.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

  Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 5+ years’ professional experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ professional experience in a similar role or relevant industry knowledge

  Solid understanding of tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers) strongly preferred in laboratory diagnostics

  Indirect sales and channel partner management experience

  Knowledge of market analysis, practices, strategies, planning

  Strong communicator and relationship builder
