POSITION SUMMARY:The Territory Manager, TASKI (TASKI Machine Specialist) is responsible for demonstrating, promoting, and selling TASKI & NSS floor machines. This exciting role requires entrepreneurial people who can travel and work independently with minimal supervision. This position is remote and reports to the North America TASKI Sales Director.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide consultative sales and solutions to customers, Diversey sector teams and distributors in their region.Maintain a high level of personal knowledge in respect to TASKI equipment, and product usage through continuous training methods as provided by the company.Schedule and conduct demonstrations, both remotely and at customer sites.Maintain a fleet of demonstration machines.Assist in new equipment installations to customers, in order to properly finalize the sales cycle.Implement successful launches of new TASKI InnovationsCoordinate and support of industry trade shows and eventsEnsures adherence to budget, spending, and Diversey programs.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or equivalent required3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably selling commercial floor care machines/solutions)Possess a valid US Driver's License with a good driving record and the ability to drive a truck with trailer.Ability to travel up to 60%.Professional attitude and be self-motivated/directed.Documented time management, communication skills, decision making, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.Computer technology experience - Email, Excel, Word, Google Apps, Cell Apps, SMS, iMAP.Ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals.Physical Requirements: Agility to lift objects up to 35lb.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Post-secondary degree preferred.BENEFITS:As a full-time employee of Diversey - A Solenis Company in 2023, you will be eligible to enroll in our robust benefits package on your first day which includes, but is not limited to, the following.Medical, dental, & vision coverage401k (w/ employer match up to 6%)8 paid holidays annually3 paid floating holidays (prorated based on start date)15 paid vacation days (prorated based on start date)48 hours of sick time (prorated based on start date)COMPENSATION:The current pay for this position is $72,000+.
