The Materials Planner for Cytiva is responsible for timely procurement of BOM raw materials, improving QIT and reducing inventory levels, ensuring that raw material inventory is at an appropriate level, and reducing and preventing the impact of E&O inventory.
This position is part of the Supply Chain department, located in Beijing and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Analyze material consumption history and forecast, design and monitor raw material inventory planning, set up and adjust MRP parameters.
Reverse purchase requisition to purchase order, and release purchase order to vendors.
Monitor raw materials on time delivery, and handle related payment program.
Organize to complete KANBAN material implement.
Constant monitor inventory status, analysis and handle E&O material, find the root cause and raise count measure, to improve QIT and ensure material supply timely.
Raise more efficiency material management method.
Communicating with forwarders, responsible for logics of materials inbound.
Work with related department like Warehouse, Quality and R&D to secure materials inbound with accurate quantity and good quality.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or management.
Relevant ExperienceOver 5 years material planning and purchasing experience, familiar with material planning program, rich knowledge in material management, manufacture process, deep insight about logistic operations and Customs clearance business.
Language SkillsGood skill in listening, speaking, read and writing in English
Other RequirementsGood communication, coordinate, analysis and lead ship skill.
