Production Supervisor

　　**Summary of the position:

　　Responsible for leading a team of production employees in the manufacturing of our product. This position is for an outgoing and aggressive individual who can drive operational safety, quality and productivity results in a production environment. Daily communication within all levels of the organization is a must.

　　Duties and responsibilities:

　　Communicate daily production targets and exceptions with the production employees.Assign team members and adjust workflow based on size of work team and customer priorities.Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for continuous improvement activities.Engage team members and develop best practices within areas of responsibility.Identify gaps in safety, quality and production processes and develop actions to close gaps.**Qualifications:

　　Education:

　　BA/BS Degree in Operations Management or Equivalent Experience2-5+ years of supervisory/lead experienceProfessional experience:

　　Demonstrate sound leadership skills with a sense of urgency to obtain results.The ability to motivate, coach, and lead both hourly and professional associates.Have a critical eye for improvement in all areas of responsibility.Ability to multitask and work on various projects at the same time.Successful candidate will have Operations experience in manufacturing.Key behaviors:
