Description

　　The Leidos Health Group is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide 24 hour tele-health services for the men, women and families of the government customer’s staff and contractor personnel. Work is performed on-site in McLean, VA. Your preferred work location and shift are considered.

　　There is no option for remote work.

　　Dedicated shifts are 8 hours a day (no shift rotation required), Mon-Fri. Shift differential paid for swing and night shift:

　　Shifts:

　　6 am - 2 pm

　　2 pm – 10 pm

　　10 pm – 6 am

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Provides counsel to individuals, couples and families who experience problems and conflicts in their interpersonal relationships.

　　Provides guidance and mediation to help address issued within a family unit. Responsible for implementing new processes, policies, or standards as needed and in conjunction with the customer’s needs.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Master’s level with specialized training from an accredited college or university

　　Active LCSW licensure from one of the 50 states or DC

　　Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in evaluating, diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders with a focus on mood and anxiety-related disorder, including documenting and briefing clinical findings

　　Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance OR candidates that are willing to go through the process of obtaining the clearance may be considered.

　　Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation

　　Consult with management and other medical staff as needed

　　Develop and implement programs for group therapy sessions and workshops

　　US Citizenship required

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
