　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in computer applications. Ability to multitask. Some knowledge of healthcare specific applications and vendors. Must be adept at handling a high call volume while ensuring all emergency and disaster procedures are implemented with expediency and accuracy. Ability to collect and analyze data to identify needs and/or problems of customers; draw logical conclusions and take appropriate action(s).

　　Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.79

　　2nd Shift (3:30p-midnight)

　　Must be able to adapt to a large, complex, multi-system healthcare environment, confer with both internal and external customers and manage expectations of a diverse and demanding constituency.

　　Works independently on routine daily tasks.

　　Ability to troubleshoot minor problems within Telecon applications and systems.

　　Can function as a member of a larger team or lead small groups.

　　Independently respond to Telecom application issues and provide resolution.

　　Defines procedures for daily operational support.

　　Maintain systems documentation.

　　Learns user functions, organization and role in the AMC environment to the extent required.

　　Performs at or above the Information Technology performance standards.

　　Fulfills department requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administration notification during periods of personnel illness, vacation and education.

　　Other duties or assignments as designated by management.
