　　DESCRIPTION:

　　Tutor Perini is seeking a Telecommunication Analyst to join our team in Sylmar, California. In this dual role, you'll be a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver, optimizing our mobile infrastructure and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

　　As a Telecom Analyst at Tutor Perini Corporation, reporting to Senior IT Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Manage RingCentral, iPads, iPhones, MiFi's, Cradlepoints, and more, ensuring optimal functionality and cost-effectiveness

　　Analyze and optimize mobile device billing, identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities

　　Run weekly and monthly reports to verify procurement and billing accuracy, identifying areas for improvement

　　Serve as the RingCentral administrator, managing user accounts, configurations, and licenses

　　Provide technical support and guidance to users on RingCentral features and functionalities

　　Proactively monitor RingCentral performance and identify potential issues for resolution

　　Develop and implement strategies to optimize telecom spending across the organization

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate better rates and contracts with service providers

　　Identify and anticipate potential telecommunication and mobile device issues, taking proactive steps to prevent them

　　Provide technical troubleshooting and support for all telecommunication and mobile device issues

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　3+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field

　　Extensive knowledge of RingCentral, iPads, iPhones, MiFi's, Cradlepoints, and mobile device management systems

　　Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive thinking skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Experience with telecom bill analysis and optimization preferred

　　RingCentral administrator certification a plus

　　Maximum Salary for this role is $80,000 per year depending on experience.
