　　Are you a self-starter but also great in a team setting with superb attention to detail? Do you possess an electrical background and have expertise in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and programming for various systems, including but not limited to Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Fire Alarm/Suppression, and Cabling infrastructure in an industrial/commercial environment? If so, our TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN position could be an ideal fit for you.

　　salary: $49,920 - $62,400 per year

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　education: No Degree Required

　　Responsibilities

　　Able to perform installations, repairs, testing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and

　　programming for the following system types but not limited to:

　　Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Fire Alarm/Suppression, and Cabling infrastructure in an

　　industrial/commercial environment.

　　Installation of low voltage wiring and Structured Cabling IE CAT5e, Cat6, Fiber, etc.

　　We terminate and install end devices for access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems such as card/badge

　　readers, motion detectors, door strikes, maglocks, cameras, keypads, door contacts, etc.

　　Installation, service, troubleshooting, and programming numerous Fire Alarm Systems including Silent,

　　Knight, Gamewell, Notifier, EST, Fire Light, etc.

　　We are terminating and installing various fire alarm devices such as pull stations, horns, strobes, sirens,

　　smoke detectors, heat detectors, panels, glass breaks, speakers, etc.

　　Completes all other job-related duties as assigned.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment
