Overview:
The Technology Employee Experience Manager – Multimedia Producer is tasked with creating compelling multimedia learning and communication materials, aiming to elevate technical knowledge and comprehension among M&T employees. In this role, responsibilities encompass the development and integration of diverse multimedia assets, spanning online interactive elements such as digital learning components, videos, graphics, and animations, as well as the acquisition and manipulation of still images. Furthermore, the position involves expertise in audio and video recording, coupled with postproduction skills, all tailored to meet the specified objectives while upholding high standards of product quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to educate employees on technology products via communications, micro-learnings, interviews, animations, etc
Create multimedia solutions for both digital delivery and Instructor-led trainings, focusing on content and concepts with excellent attention to detail, clarity, consistency, accuracy, and messaging to the intended audience.
Demonstrate ability to communicate difficult and technicalconcepts/processes using clear and simple language and visuals.
Develop digital elements and templates that promote innovative design to create new and engaging learning solutions and communications.
Interview internal partners/employees and conduct needs analyses to provide digital learning solution recommendations related to specified technical gaps.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and Technology Product Owners to design and develop text, graphics, animations and simulations for trainingsolutions.
Manage media assets during the production and post-production processes, to ensure that copyright permissions are available and acquired where necessary. Manage media asset lifecycle, including delivery, cataloging, and archiving.
Ability to write and edit scripts for media shoots.
Independently creates and manages development timelines and milestones to ensure all requirements are met to achieve project deliverables.
Market new and existing technology product solutions to assigned business units to meet business objectives.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Scope of Responsibilities:
Support end user computing initiatives delivering content to full employee base
Partnering with internal organizations such as Learning and Development, Internal Communications and other Technology teams on initiatives as needed
Collaborate with team members and support other employee engagements activities or events
Ability to work independently to service centralized and decentralized business needs
Flexibility to work in an agile team structure
Ability to manage multiple project deliverables
Ensures writing is intelligible and appropriate for the intended audience
Ensures directions for assignments and navigation are clear and appropriate for the intended audience.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in media arts, graphic design, videography, video production, instructional design or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ internal and/or external technology and/or business experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 5 years’ internal and/or external technology and/or business experience
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond (or similar software), Camtasia, Audacity, etc.
Strong video production skills.
Strong graphic design skills.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
Experience designing and creating web-based and/or video training for adult audiences leveraging
latest software development tools.
Experience with Federal section 508 & W3C standards and accessible design techniques.
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $85,104.04 - $141,840.07 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
