What You'll Do for Us
Manage Project Activities for deployments of digital products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and transform them into actionable insights.
Handle and efficiently manage extensive volumes of data serving as vital input business critical platforms.
Analyze and report on digital product usage, user behavior, and market trends.
Develop and maintain data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
Create dashboards and reports for improved visibility into product performance.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years digital product management or data analysis experience.
Strong knowledge of analytics platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker.
Confident in handling Data & Analytics , including data gathering, clean-up, and visualization.
Excellent critical thinking skills with the capability to effectively dissect and interpret data .
Broad understanding of the distinct stages of the digital product lifecycle , from development to launch.
Excellent communication skills for interpreting and reporting findings to non-technical team members.
Experience with market digitalization tools , preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry; including RGM (Pricing/Promotion optimization tools), Execution (Measurement, IR, IoT), and SFA tools.
Advanced English skills ( B2 minimum required)
Differential / Desirable Qualifications
Familiarity and proficiency in utilizing Nielsen databases and metrics.
Previous experience in multinational companies and global, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Functional knowledge and experience in Commercial and/or e-Commerce business domains.
Experience in the Food & Beverage or CPG industry.
Expertise in:
RGM (Pricing & Promotion optimization),
Point of Sale Execution including measurement and automation through Image Recognition,
Online execution measurement, and improvement programs,
Customer/Consumer online and offline sales models/tools,
Market segmentation, IoT & Smart Vending,
B2B2C Loyalty programs,
E-commerce,
MS Azure ecosystem & architecture.
Portuguese language proficiency would be a significant advantage as the role is LATAM-wide.
