Position Summary
The Department of Physiology and Cellular Biophysics is seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic individual for a Technician B position in the Johny Lab. The Tech B's role will be to help investigate mechanisms of Ca channel regulation and their role in neurological disorders. The candidate will contribute to research projects.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
(1) Maintenance of mouse lines.
(2) Perform mouse behavioral experiments.
(3) Work closely with / assist the PI / postdocs in the lab on electrophysiology and/or optical imaging experiments as needed
(4) Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, physics or related science or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Preferred Qualifications
