of Openings1Job LocationsRemote - U.S.CategoryAccounting and FinanceOverviewThe Director Treasury has overall responsibility of the company's global cash banking operations liquidity management debt management balance sheet cash flow forecasting and managing the company's bank relationships. This position manages a team of analysts who manage and execute the cash disbursement and banking function.What you will be doingManage and lead global treasury operations including cash management debt management and compliance intercompany funding strategies and cash investment strategies.Coordinate with other functional areas including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash on working capital analyses and cash conversion improvement initiativesImprove streamline and automate global cash forecasting and modeling capabilities to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting needs coordinating with FP&A team on three-statement modelingPrepares and presents treasury reports to senior management and other internal and external stakeholdersProvide insight on new bank technologies products and services to improve working capital and streamline company operationsEstablish and assure leadership adherence to budgets schedules work plans and performance requirementsCollaborate with senior management and executives to define and ensure success of department strategyProvide managerial direction and oversee all aspects of performance management for direct reports. Measure and hold direct reports accountable for meeting defined performance standards; provide feedback to employees; ensure management team is defining and holding teams accountable for all aspects of performance management of direct reportsOversee and hold management accountable for all Human Resources-related managerial functions and responsibilities associated with hiring compensation management employment relations and termination of employees. Oversee the identification and hiring of new employeesOversee and ensure the development of team members; provides coaching to employees through their personal growth in functional expertise communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and peers. Identify and develop future leaders.Provide strategic influence to internal peers and industry groupsServe as an escalation point for complex issues; provide guidance and resources to assist with resolution of issues and removing obstacles for teamWork with the leadership to plan and set the strategic vision organizational structure operating policies and procedures and management practices to ensure department delivers operational excellenceEvaluate the process and procedures used by team; Identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency and serve as an advocate for change. Work collaboratively across departments with leadersComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security PolicyWhat will make you successfulMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Economics Finance or related fieldEight to ten years of experience in TreasurySuperb problem solving critical thinking and analytical skillsSuperb collaboration skills demonstrated experience interacting with and influencing peers and leaders across the companySuperb attention to detailProfessional energy poise and self-confidenceDemonstrated financial acumenSuperb oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactSuperb organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
