　　We are looking for a Technical Writer to join a newly awarded program to provide IT infrastructure services and network connectivity for a globally dispersed workforce.

　　As the Technical Writer, you will:

　　Write, edit, and format customer technical deliverables and documentation such as SOPs, processes, guidelines, detailed technical descriptions, engineering overviews, and technical presentations.Document user requirements, concepts of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specificationsPrepare quality deliverables in accordance with customer content and format requirements.Preparing and maintaining documentation for process and procedures related to the management of Information Systems and associated Business ToolsSOPs for implementation of applications' build, release, deployment, and configuration activitiesWrite and edit technical procedure manuals, user/service manuals, programming manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications to clearly and effectively communicate technical specs and instructions.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Bachelor's Degree and experience supporting the development and maintenance of highly technical documentation.Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audience.Ability to effectively research and understand complex technology.

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure solutions including Windows Virtual Desktop, on-prem, cloud, and hybrid.DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirementsFacility with documentation publishing software and toolsUtilizes Microsoft 365 products (Office365, SharePoint, Project, etc.)

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $93720 - $159280

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
