　　What will I be doing?

　　As Chef de Partie, you will take a supervisory role while assisting in the leadership of the culinary team alongside the other culinary management. This colleague will need to be able to run a station and still assist in leading the team. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
