Technical Writer

　　Write technical product documentation, implementation guides, and release notes for Nuvolo-s products.

　　Gather information from various resources, including SME interviews, to create comprehensive documentation

　　Perform peer reviews of draft content to provide feedback to team members.

　　Troubleshoot content for errors that may prevent publishing

　　You are a great fit if you have:

　　2+ years of technical writing experience for a cloud-based software company or similar experience

　　You can write clear and concise product documentation in the English language

　　You are able to work your magic to make technical documentation understandable to non-technical people

　　You love working with a team, learning new things, and are a great person that people enjoy working with across our company

　　You have a thirst for learning new things, are analytical, and creative, and enjoy working with people from other cultures

　　Bonus points for:

　　You have prior working experience within an agile software development process

　　You have prior working experience or knowledge of Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) business processes or software

　　You have prior working experience or knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
