　　In this position...

　　Pre-PSC role is the initial single point technical lead for all VESC-led commodities for a given program. In this role, they review preliminary program content and features to translate it into affordable and compatible selection of electrical architecture and systems.

　　What you'll do...

　　The selected individual will interface with functional teams to identify subsystems and ECUs that might need updates from previous architectures/programs to meet program PDL requirements, often leading technical trade off discussions with x-functional teams for a clear understanding of the ins and outs due to architectural changes from job last.

　　This individual will lead the review for new cycle planning actions with software functions to confirm workload is containable, or to initiate trade-off discussions as needed.

　　The role will also aid in the EOL Task force space to provide systems-level expertise to define and implement prevent recurrence actions that will result in FTT improvement. Taking on tasks of engaging the downstream teams overseeing their EOL performance to ensure proper communication of cross-program issues, reporting out through management their findings and suggestions for prevent reoccurrence.

　　Interfacing with the advanced features and strategy teams to understand the technical initiatives and to convert into work products.

　　Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field

　　1+ years of experience supporting program milestones delivery.

　　1+ years of experience working in the automotive engineering arena.

　　Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field

　　2+ years of experience supporting program milestones delivery.

　　2+ years of experience working in the automotive engineering arena.

　　Program planning experience with eye of understanding the broad technical inputs from the software process.

　　Willingness to learn and grow in new environments.

　　Independent worker and capable of delivering multiple project commitments concurrently.

　　Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, both written and oral

　　Broad interpersonal skills allowing a wide range of interface with vehicle product development / subsystems engineers, cross-functional teams, and suppliers
