　　Are you our new Automotive Technical Support Agent?

　　Are you an Automotive fan and passionate engineer? Do you enjoy resolving technical issues ? Would you like to be part of a renowned automotive company, gain professional skills and experience? Then we might be looking for you!

　　As an Automotive Technical Support Agent you will support the resolution of technical issues both remotely and on site throughout Italy.

　　What will you be doing on a daily basis?

　　You will work in direct contact with the National Sales Company as the main support to resolve technical issues on several components. Your key tasks will be:

　　Receive the support requests via ticketing service and study the history of technical action and resolution done on vehicles until that moment ;

　　Provide technical support with instructions given remotely for troubleshooting of technical issues;

　　Apply your Engineering background and provide instructions to solve technical issues on engines and car components;

　　Ensure appropriate quality, technical documentation and timeliness to prevent or immediately solve any customer complain;

　　Identify critical repairs and visit dealers to support them on site during the diagnosis and repair phase;

　　Carryout follow up reviews and escalate when needed;

　　Identify the areas to be changed and improved together with the associated recovery actions and timing.

　　Who are you?

　　We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to results and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve success. Our ideal Automotive Technical Support Agent has an Engineering Bachelor’s degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.), as well as:

　　A previous experience in a similar role

　　Computer literacy, especially MS Office

　　Italian native speaker level and professional level of English

　　Previous experience in similar roles will be a great plus

　　Working pattern:

　　Rome customer site

　　Field 25% (northern-central Italy)

　　Hybrid

　　40 hours per week
