The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in designing customized technical systems and software solutions for our clients, in accordance with their specific requirements. The role involves close collaboration with our sales team to create compelling proposals, while actively managing the bid process to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.You will make an impact by....Collaborating closely with the sales team to assess, understand, and define customer requirements for ADB SafeAiPron's AIPRON product solutions.Designing customized system and software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, while adhering to technical and industry standards.Preparing detailed technical documentation, including system designs, flowcharts, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.Developing and presenting tailored proposals, complete with pricing, technical specifications, and supporting data.Managing the bid process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality, competitive proposals.Coordinating with relevant internal departments, such as product development, support, and project management, to ensure a seamless solution delivery.Providing technical guidance, training, and support to sales representatives during customer presentations, product demonstrations, and trade shows.Acting as a point of contact for post-sales technical support, working closely with customer support teams to address issues and escalations.The talent we want to inspire has...Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, systems integration, or a similar technical role, preferably in the aviation or airport industry.Solid understanding of system and software architecture, design, and integration best practices.Proven experience in crafting technical proposals and managing bid processes.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Ability to liaise effectively between sales, technical, and customer support teams.Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to travel as required in order to meet with clients and support sales eventsWhat's on offerWe value you and your contribution in the business.
