In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within in the Government, Education, and Healthcare sectors, ensuring alignment with industry-specific needs and maximizing revenue opportunities. Your expertise in sales strategy as it relates to vertical markets expansion, and team management will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives and maximizing profits while establishing our brand as a leader in these targeted markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies: Create comprehensive national sales plans and strategies to penetrate and expand our footprint within designated vertical markets. Align sales objectives with overall business goals and ensure consistent implementation across the sales teams.Target identification and prospecting: Identify and prioritize target customers and prospects within each vertical market for each region within commercial CCI team. Partner with marketing team to research, analyze market trends, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to effectively position our products and services.Relationship management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target verticals. Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial sales directors, product development and marketing, to ensure a customer-centric approach and deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.Sales team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to focused on vertical market initiatives. Provide guidance, training, and ongoing performance feedback to enable the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.Sales forecasting and reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to track sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities within vertical markets. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions.Market intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity within vertical markets. Leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and develop effective sales strategies. Attend relevant vertical conferences.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).8+ Years of leadership and industry experience requiredProven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with specific experience in vertical market sales.Strong understanding of vertical markets, including industry trends, customer needs, and key players.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate e
