　　What your day will look like:

　　Work in liaison with CSRs to define requirements, improve and develop automation solutions for the CSRs.

　　Work across system architecture, from backend to frontend, to develop unified solutions for CSRs.

　　Create well documented, maintainable codes and help maintain quality, security, and stability within solutions.

　　Contribute to the continuous improvement of the architecture and evolution of the CSR platform.

　　Find areas of improvement and update legacy tools and processes

　　What you need to be successful:

　　Must haves:

　　Be eligible to work in Canada

　　Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship

　　Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable a degree in please specify fields business specialization computing science

　　Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written). French is an asset

　　Assets:

　　Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities

　　Project management skills

　　SAP

　　Ability to adapt your educational knowledge and internship knowledge into the IT requirements of this project

　　Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Python.

　　Experience with relational and non-relational databases like SQL, MongoDB, Postgres.

　　Experience with modern UI frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS etc.

　　Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and algorithms

　　Experience working with SAP

　　Experience with VBA Macros in Excel, word processors and Microsoft suite

　　Must be returning to full time studies in Fall 2023

　　French working proficiency is a bonus

　　Work Environment

　　What my role type is:

　　Onsite only- 8am to 5pm/on rotation (precise working hours) Hybrid is optional dependant on candidate and learning curve to business requirements
