Duties Assemble various industrial lightingfixtures and components by performing various tasks in a stationary workcell. Follow production schedules as directed by supervisor or leadpersonnel and work from sample fixtures. Handle and move parts fromskids and bins to work bench, channels, ends, etc., changing methods orprocedures only when directed. Perform individual quality inspectionthroughout the assembly process, marking and setting aside parts whichhave obvious defects and informing supervisor and/or set-up personnel.Assemble products using various hand tools according to specificationsand standards. Maintain clean organized work area. Be a team player witha can-do attitude. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor. RequiredSkills/Competencies Must be able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams andother production paperwork. Must be able to comprehend and followinstructions.
