　　rThis position performs tasks related to incoming and outgoing mail andother library shipments; performs tasks related to processing and copycataloging of serials, periodicals, and gifts; coordinates annualbindery shipments; performs data entry and cleanup in the library\'sintegrated library system and research information management system;performs other duties as assigned.

　　rrMinimum Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent{=html}<>- Academic library operations experience- Working with minimal supervision and in a team environment to accomplish shared goals- Using computer software and applications for word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet research- Entering and retrieving data using computerized record systems- Editing and writing business correspondence using proper grammar and punctuation as demonstrated in application materials

　　One year or more of academic library experienceExperience and/or education working with library bibliographicrecordsExperience with integrated library systemsExperience with library computer softwareExperience with MARC format, AACR2 and/or RDA cataloging formatsCommitment to continuous learning and flexibility to changes in thework environmentrrPhysical Requirements & Working Conditions:
