　　The Drafter will work under general supervision to utilize AutoCAD/BIM software to generate construction documents and production drawings.  The Drafter will work with the Design team to develop HiCAD software for development of exterior façade system drawings and will also manipulate point cloud data for creation of as-built conditions.

　　Essential Functions

　　Utilize AutoCAD/BIM software to generate construction documents and production drawings, including:```{=html}

　　```- Shop Drawings- Submittals- Fabrication Drawings- Develop construction documents for commercial projects- Develop architectural façade drawings and bills of materials- Meet established project deadlines- Manipulate point cloud data for creation of as-built conditions

　　3+ years of AutoCAD/BIM architectural drafting experienceFamiliarity with current building codes and construction methods.Proficiency using Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe, PDF Xchange (or other PDF readers)Must be able to distinguish colors clearlyQualifications

　　Required

　　Associates degree in Drafting & Design Technology, Architecture, or related field experienceProficiency in AutoCAD software requiredA valid driver's licenseWorking Conditions

　　Primarily in an office environmentWill be expected to travel as needed (20% or less, may include rare overnight) to company job sites, industry events and for continuing education and skill development opportunitiesPhysical Demands

　　Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computerMust be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sitesMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
