JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: Serve customers via telephone call-center toprovide product installation and service information. Performtroubleshooting diagnostics on company products and instruct customerson proper functioning by reviewing engineering drawings and dimensions.Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task using computer softwareduring customer discussions. Collect and analyze data for continuousimprovement. Responsibilities: Maintain proficiency in productknowledge/troubleshooting and customer instruction Verbally respondpromptly to incoming customer telephone calls in a telephone queue andemails Perform troubleshooting diagnostics on company products viatelephone Address complaints concerning product performance, referringcomplaints of service failures to designated departments forinvestigation Accept parts orders by completing telephone and onlinerequests Return calls from messages left by customers Perform clericalduties that support customer satisfaction Utilize problem solving skillsand make decisions for Tier 1 Technical Service Representatives onproduct concerns that cost less than \$10,000 Work in a fast-pacedenvironment and multi-task using computer software during customerdiscussions Education and Experience: Associate Degree inbusiness-related field or equivalent work experience 3 years CustomerService experience required Bachelor Degree in business-related field isa plus Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus Customer Serviceexperience in a call-center is a plus Mechanical and Electricalknowledge and ability to use multi-meter is a plus Skills and Abilities:Read, analyze, and interpret a variety of information, such as technicalprocedures, business correspondence, and governmental regulationsfurnished in written, oral or diagram form. Create business-levelwritten correspondence and verbally present information to internal andexternal customers. Requires job related software skills, MS Office andthe ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment. WorkingConditions/Physical Demands: Regular office environment.
