　　The Technical Service Manager belongs to the Technical Service Department. This position requires familiarity with the operation and use of formulation software and provides formulation services and technology to the feed mill on a regular basis.

　　Responsibilities

　　Visit customers in a planned way according to sales needs, carry out technical exchanges, understand customers' development requirements on technology and business, and answer customers' questions related to product technology;

　　Evaluate customers' experimental needs, draw up experimental drafts, and ensure that the experiments bring the best results and returns to Kemin and its customers; Try to obtain and submit relevant test reports;

　　Assist in the organization of technical seminars and make technical reports at relevant conferences;

　　Follow up and translate relevant application research data of foreign Kemin products, participate in research of Kemin products and solutions, and constantly update and revise relevant product technical data;

　　Search and read research articles related to my field in domestic and foreign literature systems, summarize and organize them into technical articles or wechat articles, and release them in the form of special journals or wechat platforms to guide the technical progress of the industry;

　　Provide technical training for sales staff and dealers, and make technical reports at sales meetings;

　　Provide product improvement suggestions and new product research and development suggestions.

　　Qualifications

　　Doctor degree, major in animal nutrition or related;

　　Skilled poultry feed formulation, more than 3 years related work experience is preferred;

　　Understand laboratory work, be able to do on-site evaluation experiments and publish articles;

　　Have rich technical training experience is preferred;

　　Good communication and expression, strong learning ability, able to adapt to frequent business trips.

　　TRAVEL: Domestic and international travel required. Travel may be as high as 50%.

　　Location:Guangdong and Guangxi are preferred, followed by other provinces in South China or West China,or East China
