  We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Consultant - Inside Sales who will be responsible for selling products, systems and services in an assigned territory.

  Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:

  Ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals

  Originate phone calls, respond to incoming calls and provide technical Information regarding chromatography related product and services.

  Develop relationships with new and existing customers

  Develop Business plan, market Analysis, and sales strategies for the assigned territory

  Manage and maintain information in customer database system

  Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related Science required

  Ability to present and communicate information effectively across different audiences

  Knowledge of sales principles and methods of negotiation, and demonstrated advanced capability to identify business opportunities

  Foundational knowledge of Chromatography

  Travel may be required from time to time

  The base salary range for this role is $3 8,000-$42,000 per annum . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

  This job holder is also eligible to participate in the Sales Incentive plan.

  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
