　　SAP Basis Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

　　We are seeking an SAP Basis Engineer within our Digital Technology team. This position is a hybrid role ideally located at our headquarters in Allentown, PA and can also be US-Residence based. This position requires 0-5% domestic travel.

　　Install, configure, and maintain all SAP system Basis components.

　　Perform SAP upgrades and Support Package Stacks including improvement pack implementations.

　　Perform SAP system administration providing insight needed to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance.

　　Meet defined SLAs by providing hands on support and technical leadership for incidents.

　　Continuously drive sustainable operational excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability (reduce incidents, defects, and waste) and lowering total delivery costs

　　Work closely with other technical teams to ensure appropriate capacity planning actions and optimization of SAP services.

　　Ensure secure operations of the SAP landscape - maintain awareness of security related industry trends, risks, and standards, identify, and implement improved security features, and apply security patches.

　　Participate in on-call rotation, monthly releases and work after business-hours as needed.

　　Required Skills / Abilities:

　　7+ years of experience working with Information Technology

　　5+ years of SAP Basis experience

　　Broad knowledge of IT system administration and IT Infrastructure

　　Ability to lead sophisticated technical issues across a variety of platforms.

　　Strong communication, problem solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

　　Ability to work across the IT organization and the business functions.

　　Ability to assess and prioritize competing issues and opportunities.

　　Education and Licensing Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering or Science) or equivalent education, technical training and experience.

　　Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.

　　The expected pay range for this job varies based on location. In California, the expected pay range is $110, 850 - $150,100 plus bonus. Outside of California, the expected pay range is $93,350 - $140,100 plus bonus. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
