Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates who embrace challenges and are experienced in recruiting the best talent. This position will work in-office as part of a dedicated team to seek out the best candidates for a variety of positions and will be personable, friendly, and well-versed in recruiting for DoD contractor positions in the information technology (IT) and cyber fields. The successful candidate will be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Responsible for fostering lasting, professional relationships, must possess working knowledge of talent acquisition software, and have a proven successful track record of placing personnel on DoD IT and cyber contracts.
Essential Functions
Actively seeks candidates through networking, social media, and other methods to identify the best candidates to fill open positions.
Confers with Program Managers on long-range professional personnel needs to prepare and implement recruitment program.
Compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
Innovation in recruiting techniques and analytics.
Possesses a professional and approachable demeanor.
Projects yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary control.
Serves as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews.
Working knowledge of talent management software and platforms.
Works closely with Program Managers and HR to determine the adequacy and efficiency of our recruiting procedures and practices.

Minimal travel is expected for this position, up to 10%.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years' recruiting experience.
Minimum of 6 years' DoD or DoD contractor recruiting experience.
Minimum of 4 years' of IT and cyber specific recruiting.
Competency in full cycle recruiting.
Preferred Education and Experience
Masters Degree in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
10+ years recruiting for DoD IT and cyber positions.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, or similar.
