Technical Project Lead 2Responsible for project management, execution, reporting and communication of the field escalations for all NXE Reticle Stage and Handler. Drive all escalations to containment and closure with a focus on responsiveness, quality and on-time delivery in support of the customers and ASMLs business interests. Lead a multi-disciplinary and cross sector team of 15FTE, on a project basis, to provide a quick response to incoming top module escalations. Plan, lead and maintain close oversight of the kick-off and progress of each escalation. Define deliverables for the teams working on escalations and maintain close oversight of milestones. Align with the EUV structural solution team on a regular basis to ensure coordination of timely hand-off of solutions for escalations. Maintain clear oversight of resource usage and need. Align with PCM, PLs and GLs in case resources are needed from outside the TME team. Communicate upward and downward on a regular basis. Ensure alignment with stakeholders. Hold regular meetings to provide information and identify interdependencies. Secure cross-sector alignment and agreements between the teams in the US, in the factories and at customer sites. Work with Task Leaders and the Architect to define the scope and path for reach escalation. Telecommuting permitted.
Bachelors Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optics or related field and three (3) years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Engineer or related position.
