Project Engineer

　　The Project Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of project management.

　　Key Duties and Responsibilities

　　Estimating, project control, scheduling, quantity tracking.Support a team consisting of Project Manager, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and other staff.Build relationships and communicate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and workforce.Review shop drawing, submittals and schedules, and process RFIsMonitoring the quality control, safety and environmental programs.Understand and assist with project layout.Identify critical work items, and procure long-lead items.Assist with monthly billings, cash flow projections, and process change orders.Manage document control including submittals schedules, contract documents, shop drawings, etc.Assist with delivery, inventory, and warehousing of materials and equipment.Resolve field problems and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.Maintaining as-built drawings and manuals.Attend and/or lead meetings.Other duties as assignedExperience, Education and Skills

　　3 or more years of estimating or project management experience in the heavy industrial construction industry.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent work experience.Be able to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.Must have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivations skills.Strong interpersonal skills to interface with owner representatives, engineering firms, subcontractors, other team members and senior management.Proficiency in use of computer software applications including, MS Office, HCSS or similar estimating programs, Agtek or similar earthwork programs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word and Excel.Knowledgeable in Primavera.Strong communication skills both written and oral.Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize.Time Management, multitasking, and prioritization.Must have a valid Driver's License.Working Conditions

　　Travel - This position is geographically located in West Valley City, UT or surrounding states.Construction Site Environment - physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb.
