This team requests PST hours and we prefer candidates able to work hybrid from our Irvine, CA office.

⦁ Manage and deliver on the timeline.

⦁ Drive engineering teams towards containment and resolution of issues raised from design reviews, virtual builds, and build events to protect the program’s schedule to prototype build dates, start of production, and ongoing production

⦁ Partner with teams at various levels of the organization and from different parts of the business to help define and drive a multi-year business capabilities roadmap strategic vision.

⦁ Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering design teams.

⦁ Effectively present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates.

⦁ Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders.

⦁ Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.

⦁ Well-versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies.

⦁ Minimum: Bachelor degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or related.

⦁ Preferred: Masters degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or related.

⦁ Expertise with Jira for project management and confluence

⦁ Agile and scrum master experience, certification preferred.

⦁ Experience with automotive is a plus.

⦁ Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time sensitive situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.

⦁ Experience with 3DX, SAP is a plus.

⦁ Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.

⦁ This senior engineer must be able to work effectively with globally staffed cross functional teams, manage multiple work tasks simultaneously, and deliver complex object-oriented engineering solutions across a highly integrated landscape.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .
