　　What you get to do in this role:

　　Under the Application Security group in ServiceNow, you will help build and support multiple ServiceNow Applications that are used by Security and other Engineering teams in the company. Contribute to implementing ServiceNow products for ServiceNow.

　　Stories backlog management and prioritization to plan & execute sprints and releases.

　　Directly work with the end-users and stakeholders to identify business requirements and analyse & translate the needs to the application developers.

　　Challenge and assure quality of business requirements and solution alternatives to identify consequences and reduce risks.

　　Support definition of high- & low-level design for business development activities (project & releases) with the Solution Architects.

　　Proactively conduct research to identify improvements, integrate usability studies and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

　　Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.

　　Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.

　　What you have:

　　Passion for delivering great products.

　　5+ years of ServiceNow Scoped Applications Product Management experience.

　　High-level knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Application Development, Scripting components, Scoped Application Development and administrative features.

　　Understand Standard ServiceNow offerings and solutions. [Must have]

　　Participated in architecting solutions on ServiceNow platform and understands platform features and capabilities.

　　Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities.

　　Experience defining & capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap

　　Deep curiosity about end-user needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

　　Great listening skills and ability to pay attention to details.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions and host webinars.

　　Experience working in the Information Security domain is an advantage.
