Your leadership is instrumental in Plymouth Housing Group's initiatives to attract, hire, and support a diverse workforce. You plan, implement, and assess the organization's human resource's function, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Effectively communicating HR policies and programs to all Plymouth employees, you oversee benefit administration, ensure seamless coordination with Plymouth payroll processing, and supervise the training of Plymouth supervisors in employee relations, performance management, employment law, and other HR matters.This role involves collaborating with the Leadership Team to advance cultural competency initiatives and embed principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
