Job Description
Position Overview: As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will be a crucial link between our company and local customers and partners. Your role encompasses the negotiation of customer and partner agreements, proactive engagement with key stakeholders, coordination of releases and upgrades, management of software development kits (SDKs) and APIs , and oversight of sales and reseller activities. Your success will contribute directly to the growth of successful partnerships, enhanced customer satisfaction, and the seamless deployment of our solution with specific focus on CCaaS and CPaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements and partner contracts, ensuring legal compliance.Collaborate with legal and business development teams for effective contract negotiations.Proactively engage with local customers, partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.Identify opportunities for growth within existing partnerships and enhance overall engagement.Work with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to coordinate releases and upgrades.Communicate product changes, enhancements, and updates to customers and partners in a clear and timely manner.Oversee the distribution and management of APIs / Products releases to partners and developers.Provide technical support and documentation to ensure successful API integration.Collaborate with sales and reseller teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Provide training and resources to enable sales and reseller partners for success.Serve as a point of contact for escalations, working closely with internal teams for issue resolution.Ensure transparent and timely communication with stakeholders during escalation processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proven experience in partner engagement, account management, or business development within the CPaaS industry.Strong understanding of contractual agreements and negotiation processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.10 years of partnership and sales experience, with a background in building and managing partnerships.Access to an existing partner ecosystem and the ability to leverage connections for business growth.Strong account and relationship management skills, including conflict resolution and collaboration.Experience in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry is advantageous.Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder communication.

Compensation Range
$100,000 - $133,000 - $166,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
