  As a Wealth Strategist I within PNC Investments, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position will primarily be based at the Tower at PNC Plaza.

  Job Description

  Develops, consults on and implements matters of tax, estate and financial planning for clients, with guidance from team members or management. Assists in the acquisition of new clients. Retains, expands and deepens existing relationships.Conducts research, as appropriate, and develops tax, estate and financial analyses and plans. Makes generally accepted recommendations to team and may make recommendations to clients.Retains and grows assets under management by working directly and meeting with clients and Centers of Influence and providing advice and implementation under the guidance of senior team members.Identifies solutions and PNC services as sales opportunities to enhance existing client relationships.Develops new client relationships through networking, prospecting and referrals.

  Investments - Knowledge of the investments business and ability to analyze and evaluate asset types, market and industry trends, major issues, and regulatory considerations.

  Managing Multiple Priorities - Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

  Networking - Generates productive relationships with internal and external partners that improve access to resources and expertise.

  Problem Solving - Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

  Products and Services - Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

  Value Selling - Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and differentiating support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

  Work Experience

  Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
